f you want to know how to lose belly fat, here are three simple tips that have helped thousands of men and women lose well over 53,731 pounds of belly fat with the Turbulence Training workout programs.

The first tip is to find the right diet for your personality. You should eat whole, natural foods no matter what your diet, but you can choose between eating 5-6 small meals per day, or eating 3 meals and 2 small snacks, or by using the intermittent fasting solution called Eat Stop Eat.

All three of those diet approaches are safe, fast, and effective ways of burning stomach fat. In fact, if you want to know how to lose belly fat, you just have to remember the simple equation that you need more calories going out (exercise) than you have coming in. These diet approaches help you control the calories in portion.

By eating whole, natural foods you help to control the hormones in your body that determine how much belly fat you pack on and how much you can lose. You lower insulin levels, and that is very important because insulin is a fat storage hormone. If you want to know how to lose belly fat, it helps to control insulin.

If you eat whole, natural foods you will lose belly fat without having an empty stomach. You’ll stay full, energetic, and alert all day long. That is one of the benefits of the Turbulence Training for Fat Loss Nutrition System.

After you’ve arranged your diet to help you lose belly fat, you need to focus on two types of exercise, and no, slow cardio is not one of them. In fact, research shows time and time again that not only is slow cardio ineffective for fat loss, but that interval training is how to lose belly fat.

Interval training includes a normal warm-up, followed by alternating short (90 seconds or less) periods of hard exercise and easy exercise. Repeat this hard-easy system 6 times and finish up with a regular cool-down. That is the simplest way to do interval training, and it works.

Research from Australia shows that when compared head to head, interval training is better at burning belly fat than slow cardio.

The other type of exercise you must include if you want to know how to lose belly fat is called resistance training. And I don’t mean lifting soup cans at home. That is the politically correct way of exercising for fat loss, but it doesn’t work.

You need to do politically-incorrect resistance training to lose belly fat, and that includes working hard in supersets and doing exercises like pushups, squats, and planks. You can do all of those at home with the Turbulence Training for Fat Loss Workouts. For more information, grab your copy and one year’s worth of workouts at TurbulenceTraining.com.

If you want to know how to lose belly fat, the truth is you can’t ignore diet, interval training or resistance training. The whole, natural foods diet and three workouts of resistance training and interval training is all you need each week to burn belly fat forever.

If you have read some of my other articles that talk about body shape you know that the pear shape, where fat accumulates around the thighs and hips, can be the most difficult weight to lose. This is because female hormones contribute to fat in this area and the methods for losing fat in the upper body don't work the same way for lower body fat.

In addition to high protein meal replacement shakes, which will increase your metabolism and build muscle there are some exercise routines that will help to trim those thighs down to size.

One reason it's difficult for many women to lose thigh fat is either they don't choose the right thigh-toning exercise or they choose the correct exercises but they don't do them properly. The following information will help you choose the right exercise and provide guidance on how to do them correctly.

The first step is choosing an exercise that you enjoy. If you find doing your exercise is an unpleasant experience, you'll soon grow tired of the regimen and quit. Some of the more effective exercises include swimming, squats, power walking, jumping and circuit training, and mini-trampoline. If you are doing squats along with weight lifting and circuit training you'll need to stop no more than 30 seconds between sets. The other exercises can be done in short intervals.

The duration of your exercise routine is as important as how often you do it. Stretching, for example, needs to be done for 30 minutes to achieve the desired effect, but you must do this routine at least 3 times a week. If you exercise for 5 or more times a week your results will be more dramatic. Start at 3 times weekly and gradually increase it until you're at the max.

As you increase the frequency of your workouts your metabolism will increase as well. If you are using meal replacement protein shakes your lean body mass will increase and this will also increase your metabolic rate. You burn 13.7 calories for every pound of lean body mass and the easiest way to do this is with high protein shakes which build muscle tissue.

How much protein do you need? That depends on the lean body mass that you have.
In very general terms women should have approximately 100 grams per day while men should have 150 grams. At the end of this article you will be able to access a special report so you can determine exactly what your personal requirements are.

Here's a summary of what you need to do to lose thigh fat:

1) Find an exercise that you enjoy doing.
2) Start with 3 times a week and increase to 7 times weekly
3) Use meal replacement high protein shakes to build muscle and increase your metabolism.

There is a wide array of diets out in the market and many people have become confused as to what diet will work for them. When searching for various diets to lose weight in your local bookstore, you can't be truly confident as to which diets will give you perfect formula to lose weight. However, if you know what to look for when starting your diet, you will have more chance for success since you will acquire the necessary knowledge to do so.

Many people find out about the newest diets by reading magazines, watching TV, or referred by a friend or family member. What usually ends up happening is this person will try the new diet for a little while and soon find out that it’s not working the way they expected it to. One of the reasons this happens is because the diet is often too restricted and the person trying the diet may give up because it was too difficult to follow.

the right diet is to really look at how you respond to certain diets. Ask yourself whether the diet restrictions seem too unrealistic for you to follow for a long period of time? Also observe whether the diet provides you with very little energy to function and carry out daily tasks. If this is indeed the case, then it is probably not the best diet to follow because there is a likelihood that you will not continue the diet for very long and gain all the weight that you had lost. For example, if a diet is recommending eating just one type of fruit or juice throughout day, then you know that it probably isn’t a true diet. The purpose of diets such as these are geared more towards detoxification than weight loss. Restrictive diets like this may help with weight loss for a short while, but think what will occur when you go off of the diet. You will most likely gain the weight back just as fast as you lost it because extreme fasting like that can actually slow down your metabolism. This actually works against your weight loss goals then for it; exactly what you don’t want.

When you choose certain diets to follow, determine whether you will actually be able to follow through and also check to see whether it includes eating lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts and other healthy foods during the day. This will ensure that your metabolism is normal to help you burn off fat, keep you full so that you’re less likely to binge eat, and help you gradually lose weight so that it’s more permanent. This is the safe approach to weight loss and will really help you to lose weight more efficiently and quicker than you ever thought imaginable.

Therefore choosing the right diet doesn’t have to be as complicated and complex as it seems. You don’t have to let the media, magazines, family and friends overwhelm you with a plethora of information about dieting and make you feel like an ant floating in an ocean. Don’t be fooled by the latest fads, and think that just because everyone else is doing it then it must work. Be reasonable and use discernment to see if the diet seems realistic for you and something you’re willing to implement long term. If you take the appropriate steps from the start then you will very well be ahead of the game and reach your weight loss goals a lot sooner. So next time you’re walking through that book store and notice all the books staring back at you, you will be more confident that you are making the proper decisions when choosing diets to lose weight.

Are you way too busy to spend hours in the gym every single week? Don't worry, you are exactly like 90% of my clients if your answer is yes. There ARE ways that you can actually cut your workout time in half while still burning optimal amounts of fat AND building up your muscles. If you are interested and learning how to cut your workout times, then I would be glad to show you. Interested? Read on!

How to Cut Your Workout Time in Half & Lose More Weight

You are going to cut your workout times in half (maybe even more) by doing supersets. A superset is when you lump more than one exercise together before taking a rest break.

For example, right after doing a set of bench press, you would go and do some triceps dips.

What you are doing is doing two exercises in almost the same amount of time that it takes to do one.

Something important to remember is that you should lump exercises that work out similar parts of your body. In the example above, I used bench press and triceps dips because both use your triceps to some extent in the exercise.

Another benefit of supersets is that they completely blast your muscles. You are giving yourself twice the workout by doing another exercise right after the first. This will lead to faster muscle growth and a lot more burned calories.

Something else you may want to experiment with is your rest intervals. Try and shorten them a little bit for a more intense workout and extra calories burned.

Weight loss supplements haven't changed much over the years. I started dieting over 30 years ago and although the names have changed, the ingredients are about the same...stimulants and appetite suppressants. There are some new offerings, but they are derived from age-old wisdom.

Traditional healers described them as herbs that cleanse or strengthen the blood. They were aware of the function of some of the body's organs, but most conditions were believed to be associated with "blood" problems.

They understood poisons and they had antidotes for some of them. Some of the best healers were aware that small amounts of poison, ingested over a period of many years, could build up in the body and cause death. They would prescribe herbs that cleansed the body of those poisons.

How is this relevant to weight loss supplements? We are exposed to poisons on a daily basis. We usually refer to them as toxins. Toxins build up in the digestive system and the organs of our bodies, leading to chronic illnesses.

One of the organs that are greatly affected by those toxins is the liver. The liver plays many roles in the human body; one of them is to cleanse the blood. Another is to convert stored fat to energy that the body's cells can use. If it is not functioning at full efficiency, it obviously cannot perform that role.

If toxins have built up along the walls of the digestive tract, nutrients cannot be absorbed from the food that you eat. You are likely to experience constipation, with bouts of diarrhea. The diarrhea further depletes your body of necessary nutrients.

Flatulence and a bloated tummy are other common symptoms of toxic waste in the digestive tract. So, some of the best new weight loss supplements contain herbs that help the body rid itself of that toxic build up. In some cases, people lose quite a few pounds, in a relatively short period of time. This type of supplement is commonly referred to as a "liver detox" or "colon cleanser", not to be confused with colonics or enemas, which can damage your long-term health.

Of course, cleansing is not the only effort that you need to make. If you want better health, for the rest of your life, you should avoid exposure to those toxins, by eating more organic foods, fewer processed ones and drinking more purified water.

Of course, any kind of weight loss supplements are only a small part of the solution. A good daily nutritional supplement, a healthy diet and regular physical activity are all important. Strength building exercises are often overlooked by people that need to lose fat, because the "experts" focus on aerobics.

Strength building exercises build muscle. Muscle is active tissue that burns calories when your body is at rest. Just a slight increase in the lean muscle mass on your body can greatly improve your ability to control your weight and it will also improve your appearance. Choosing some good weight loss supplements that are not stimulants might help, but don't forget to build some muscle.
